    my eye sight it clear on the left the blury on the right. I totally freaked out when i found out that i was half blind. should i do that excercie? btw im short sighted, does it acualy work for very bad blur vision?
    casue my mom wants me to wear glasses next week :S… plz reply

    Sure, the whole idea is to expose our secondary focuses that most of us did not know we have. When we focus our eyes before (cross-eyed) an object or behind an object (diverged eyes), we mentally create a primary focus… Once the fingers are split, we can begin moving our eyes around and maintain the split.

    Once you’re comfortable moving your eyes around, then, with both eyes, stare at one of the fingers without them merging back together. Do this sparingly, so you don’t wear your eyes out. few minutes at a time.

    The finger should become solid as opposed to blurred. Once this is achieved, then you have successfully created a secondary focus. Alternate finger. One eye will be more dominant than the other, just like our hands. Unless you’re ambidextrous.

    I’ve done this for 2 weeks now and my vision improved dramatically! I’m just wondering how long it will take to reach 20/20 or better.

    hey xyzman,

    nice work. what you should do now is give yourself a few days to break in between (which builds muscle memory) and give it another trial, but this time with more oomph/intent. Avoid reading and any other concentration exercises for a few days. Your vision is just like any other part of your body, it takes time to build the proper synergy to achieve desired goals, and rest is required in between. Your eyes somewhat synchs the next time you repeat this process. God bless.

    All very good. Could you down-load a Snellen eye-chart and read it? A Snellen is free. Coud you post it here?

    which excercise do you need to cure from being short sighted? and if can you continue to use contact lenses and glasses while doing this or does it stop your eyes from improving

    Your glasses will worsen your situation if you use it too often. I recommend you slowly regress out of glasses. as your vision improve, renew your prescription and continue to regress from there. all things must be approached in harmony.

    hey..my eyesight iz reeaally weak i am nearsighted n i wear glasses fo far distance..nd my vision iz -3 sumthing..it got worse..i use comp lyk 2 to 3 hrs a day so does dat effect my vision?

    My observation: Our computer is based on a frequency projection system that is non-pure (digital). Our eyes prefer to see fluid and pure, analog signals. Digital pulsates and although you won’t be able to tell the difference, your body can feel it… and definitely your eyes. Take for instance, if your eyes can scan at the rate of 5000 frames per second, anything less than that forces our eyes to adjust. Our body adjusts because it wants to remain efficient.

    age should not matter. Our muscles and eyes are both linked to our brains. If you’re capable of teaching your brain, then you’re capable of improving vision. The goal is to identify and activate new muscles.

    This can improve stigmatism. Beware that often times, the road to clarity requires confusion. haha sounds oracle like, i’m sorry, but i think it’ll be better, however different it may be at first.

    no i meant for my eyesight not my age when i said 5 something. like i have terrible eyesite.and so if my eyesite thing is 500 something will it work? and do i have to get laser eye surgery first for it to work? please reply!
