whay should i do with my glasses after i to these exercise?
putting your glasses on after weeks of exercising wont return the vision to the glasses’s count/number(i dont know how its called)?
I’m not sure if these exercises work because most comments are negative, on his website they’re also negative. I’m not sure if i can believe this or not… Has it worked for anyone yet?
After 6-7 months , no improvment , but (!!!!!) my eyes aren’t dry anymore, and all my body feels relax now, i feel better , more happy!!!!!!!!
i feel thers is something new , my vision is more clear than before, i continue because i believe more and more in this , even if it’s not miraculous and it takes time to improve.
in the summer i wanted to cure my -6ish myopia & i hate glasses & am afraid of contacts….so i decided to put a smile on all day & expect my eyes to see clearly. i was able to feel good for hours & have many fluctuations (& few random really clear views) but my fearfulness takes over & i failed. i think im a paranoid after many bully-victim years & inferiority. i feel neurotic WHAT CAN YOU DO TO STOP MOODINESS. eye exercises hurt my eyes they feel tense always HELP
i think it only works if people are able to commit to it fully or have an honest approach. Its important that they realise they have nothing to lose and should be prepared for whatever the outcome is. They might notice doing the exercises brings on a change in how they feel, they might feel chilled out etc.
Its important to take note of how different we can feel in just 1 day, 1 place..
you know maybe you should experiement with doing the exercises in different places. im sure you can do them outside/inside etc. Also you should feel free to let your eyes move around. why should they be fixed dead center always, feel free to look in the distance but not have any distractions

What this guys is telling you is not only true but common results (nothing new)the “see clearly method” uses the exact technique only they add a combination of more stuff. Your eyes use (muscles) to function therefore if you are from this planet-this technique WILL work for you same as if you did 20 pushups a day-you get stronger(no matter what)
try the exercise -stop depending on others “opinions(most people are either negative or lazy anyhow)just grab a pen and put it 6 inches away focus on an object 6 ft away..then the pen..repeat for 7 minutes a day for 21 days and see how your vision improves.What else have you cheated yourself from doing based on a few negative and (lazy) people?Live your life-not there’s(“they’ll”)hate u for it when you are successful but ..who cares?

No. Your myopia is probably caused by an elongation of your eyes. Then it won’t work. Eye exercises only help improve myopia if it’s caused by a spasm of the ciliary muscle (pseudomyopia). And if you have pseudomyopia then the refractive error is usually no more than -1.00 diopters.
I went on a natural vision improvement course. It was obvious that our eyesight isn’t static and might even improve a little bit with work but in the end I got fed up and had my eyes lasered, which was amazing.

Its important to drop any tendancy to see yourself as sacred or special which creates conflicts with other people apparently taking that status from you. I dont mean treat yourself like shit but be aware of that habit. acting like a cow is the root of it i think. cows have bad eyesight. if we go down that path we get the same results. best to not force ourselves into the conciousness of others.
because we can use that as a tool to get our way. but it results in us thinking everytone is thinking about us and its a burden that can effect stress and eyesight quality.
family and some friends may not help and if you feel problems starting you got to get yoruself away from people. we live in a dysfunctional society so dont expect everywhere we go/stay to benefit us

second I wanted to ask a question I have -3.50 vision in both eyes when I do the exercises you recommended should I do them with out my glasses or with my glasses on please reply thnx

Forgot to tell, my eyesight is -4 on both eyes, i hope it works i’m really getting tired of this eyesight problem!
