Someone asked this last night and I was not thinking at the time – what improves eyesight "WITHOUT SURGERY":
There are four ways I can think of:
1) Try eye squinting exercises where you squint with your eyebrows while focusing on an object to strengthen your eye muscles
2) Carrots and Carotene- Vitamin A in synthetic and natural form- through food or vitamin supplements like carrots
3) An herb that’s dedicated to eyes called eyebright
4) My own theory- chealated Chromium supplements

None of the things listed in the post above wil improve your vision. Whie carrots are good for you, they do not provide enough nutrients to really affect your eye health.
But, if you do read alot or work on the computer for an extended period of time, taking periodic breaks to look into the distance can help keep your vision from deteriorating.
