My vision is just getting worse and worse.
I heard about carrots being a myth…I’m not quite sure about eye exercises…and surgery is just not gonna happen….
Ideas?
Carrots aren’t a myth, they don’t improve vision but they aid in your eyes ability to see in the dark.
How old are you, what eye conditions do you have, are you wearing glasses or contacts?
Glasses are best, Contacts do little to help and may actually worsen your vision, surgery is best when your vision has stabalized usually around the age of 25.
I hope Dr. Wong’s doctorate is in literature and not in anything to do with the eyes.
The silly carrot stories continue. Carrots have vitamin A which can help restore night vision problems…IF you have a vitamin A deficiency to begin with. You can’t load up on vitamins your body doesn’t need, the body just expels what it can’t use.
Contacts won’t make you vision worse, I’m not sure where that came from , but it is false.
Excercises don’t really do any good either, all they can do is give temporary relaxation and maybe fool the brain for a few minutes , but they can’t improve vision.
I don’t understand why so many keep asking how to improve their vision. Doesn’t it seem obvious that if there was a way , every one would know , and be doing it ?
There is really nothing can be done short of surgery. That’s just the way we are made.

You could buy some eyeballs on the black market like Tom Cruise did on Minority Report.
