You could always try contacts but to be honest, I prefer to wear glasses since their less worry and a cinch to put on and take off...plus glasses make me look smarter :) Other than some sort of corrective lenses (contacts, glasses, surgery (which is really experimental and a bad idea)) there is no way to improve your eyesight.
