I worked ina laser eye clinic for years and would recommend it only if you have a VERY stable prescription and healthy eyes (no dryness etc). It can give a good result.
But then I was still never tempted to have the surgery myself and still happily wear lenses!
No one likes to have surgery on their eyes, but if you ever become determined enough, you will get over it. People who have it done are barely aware that it is happening.

No.
No way to correct this naturally.

Laser surgery is the only option I’m afraid.

Until then…you are doomed !
