Your vision is about as good as it can get, so why do you want to try and improve on it? Most testing stops at the 20/20 level, so in theory your vision could be as good as 20/15 or 20/10 although that’s less likely.
Exercising your eye will not help you see better and people who believe it will are just dumb.

Vision exercises and good eyecare would help. In addition general health care would be benefitial as well.

Drink or eat carrots. Eat more leafy vegetables.
