ok, ive been nearsighted -.75 and -1 for about 2 years. I found out when i had to take the driving test and have been looking ever since to cure my myopia. I came across a machine called eyerelax which claims to cure it. But is there any possible way this can be reduced or even cured?

I would bet money that it does not work. is it FDA approved…no. So, I really would not try it until it is.
