I am hoping that I can find solution to my problem. I had been using eye glasses for so long I religiously wear it at all times. My Doctor says so. But I noticed that there is no improvement as far as my eye sight is concern. Before I can still able to read books without using my eyeglass now it’s blurred already. I hope anyone here can answer my question. Can I still improve my eye vision without undergoing a surgery?

There are a lot of ebooks out there on improving your vision. Some hokey, some useful.
Ideas like the Bates Method are very useful, but not laid out very well… Yes, the methods in it are powerful, but it’s missing system for accomplishing your goals. It’s like trying to drive in the dark with no headlights.
This book puts together everything I’ve been asking for in a natural eye cure course. (It’s like someone finally listened to us!) It not only gives you the techniques, but a step-by-step plan to use them too.
No more wondering how often you should use a technique
No more questions about how long it should take to see results
And no more paying for glasses once you complete the course!
I really found How to Correct Your Eyesight useful, and I’m well on my way to seeing 20/20. I think if you read this book, you’ll feel the same way too.
I am very sure that this natural remedy will improve your eye sight guaranteed. This natural remedy will help anyone who wears glasses or contact lenses regain crystal clear vision quickly and easily. You will never have to waste your time and money going to the optician ever again!

I know a lot of people have been trying to correct
their vision for a long time, and have had little to
no success. So I want to give you a quick 3 step
process that will put you on the path to perfect
sight.
Step 1) Don’t lose hope. This can be done, and by
anyone. It takes time (Rome wasn’t built in a day),
but it will work if you let it work.
Step 2) Clear your mind of negativity and skepticism.
Most people (and especially optometrist) are going
to tell you what you’re doing isn’t going to work.
PAY THEM NO MIND! Your success in regaining 20/20
vision will be all the reward you’ll need. And once
you reach that goal the critics will be completely
silent.
Step 3) Check out How to Correct Your Eyesight.
It’s a great new downloadable book that reminds me
a lot of The Bates Method, except it’s a step-
by-step plan and it’s a lot more readable.

No, bad vision is caused by a refractive error.
For example myopia (nearsightedness) usually results from the eye being too long. The cornea has a more pronounced curve than a normal eye.
Hyperopia (farsightedness) normally means the eye is too short, or the cornea is too flat.
You would have to get this corrected by surgery it’s a defect.

There are many ways to improve eyesight naturally. Those who wear glasses and contact lenses who are looking to improve their vision in a natural and holistic manner should first take a look at their diet. Our health is of course to some extent a reflection of our lifestyle and also what we eat.
Many people are for some reason surprised to find out that diet can have an effect on eye health. Yet, research has shown that adapting your diet to include foods that are beneficial for your eyes can have a remarkable effect on your vision.
Antioxidants which wipe up free radicals are particularly good for your eyes. Foods which are rich in antioxidants include citrus fruits, broccoli, strawberries, and raspberries. Essential fatty acids are also vital for good vision. Foods which are rich in essential fatty acids include fish such as salmon and sardines. Berries are also a good source of essential fatty acids. Zinc is also important for good eye health and can be found in eggs and meat such as turkey.

There is no doubt that those who wear glasses and contact lenses are often looking for other alternatives to achieve better vision. Those who wear contact lenses often say that they are cumbersome and expensive. Like wise those who wear glasses often state the same. The problem is that we have been conditioned by orthodox ophthalmology to believe that the only way of improving vision and correcting eye weaknesses is to wear contact lenses or glasses.

Unfortunately many people as they age begin to suffer from eyesight problems. These problems can include Myopia or Presbyopia. Many people also begin to suffer from eye conditions such as cataracts or macular degeneration.
The first reaction when we notice deterioration in our eyesight is often to make an appointment to see an ophthalmologist. However there are other less costly solutions. Research carried out has shown that the majority of eye problems are actually caused by muscle strain in the eyes. In fact thousands upon thousands of people have actually remedied their eyesight problems by undertaking exercises which eliminate muscle strain and relax the muscles.
I think this is what Paul is trying to share to you. Another way of addressing your eye problem that doesn’t need any surgery that is costly.

It IS possible to improve your vision naturally. Eye muscles are no different than other muscles in our body. Intraocular and extraocular muscles allow us to move our eyes in all different directions, while the ciliary muscles enable us to change the shape of our eye lenses to be able to focus near and see distance clearly.
As we age, these muscles weaken. As with any other muscle of the body, daily eye exercises strengthen these muscles make our eyes and vision more flexible, enabling us to see better and adjust our vision between different distances more quickly.
First, look at your lifestyle and your health in general:
* Manage chronic stress in your life: Chronic, long-term stress has been shown in numerous studies to contribute to serious disease, and is suspected to cause such eye diseases as glaucoma. Managing this stress would go a long way towards helping preserve one’s health and vision. There are a number of great techniques including biofeedback, meditation, yoga and tai chi.
* Eat healthily: Many peer review studies have confirmed that a regular diet that includes green, leafy vegetables and grains, can significantly lower one’s likelihood of getting eye disease, particularly macular degeneration and cataracts. Also see this info on preventing vision problems: http://www.naturaleyecare.com/prev_index.asp
* Exercise: Maintain a regular, aerobic exercise routine. Fast walking 4-5 times a week is excellent.
* If you are regular a computer user, computer vision fatigue syndrome could be playing a part in the health of your eyes: http://www.naturaleyecare.com/diseases.asp?d_num=14
* Finally, perform these eye exercises regularly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W10j2fL0hy0
