How often should you eat carrots to improve your vision?

Rebuild Your Vision Video

I have just recently started eating carrots in order to help improve my vision. I’m extremely near-sighted but I want to know how often I should eat them. I don’t want to over do it either.

I wear glasses almost all the time, are there any "excercises" I can do?

Nutrition is very important but it does not change the way we use our eyes. Using our eyes, mind, and body together incorrectly squeezes our eyes out of shape and gives us blurry vision. Exercises also do not change the way we use our eyes.

The only real way to improve our vision is to unlearn the incorrect vision habits, reintegrate the correct vision behaviors, and undo the damage of artificial corrections.

Carrots and exercises will not improve your vision. Eyesight is determined by the size and shape of your eye; vitamins will not change these.
