Well, I’ve been having glasses for 3 years and I wanna try to imrove my eye vision so it would be better like say I have 250 vision right now. How can I get it to at least a 150 vision? Please help me on this question. Thank you.
Good sources of vitamin A are Fish liver oil, liver, carrots, green and yellow vegetables, eggs, milk and dairy products, margarine, and yellow fruits.
More than 100,000 IU daily can produce toxic effects in adultts, if taken for many months. More than 18, 500 IU daily can produce toxic effects in infants (one cup of cooked, diced carrots contains 15, 000 IU vitamin A.)
Toxicity symptoms include hair loss, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, scaly skin, blurred vission, rashes, bone pain, irregular menses, fatigue, headaches, and liver enlargement.
Enemies of Vitamin A (where this nutrient dies): Polyunsaturated fatty acids with carotene work agains vitamin A unless there are antioxidants present.
Vitamin A should not be taken with mineral oil.
Vitamin A works best with B complex, vitamin D, E, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc. (Zinc is what’s needed by the liver to get vitamin A out of its storage deposits.
I recently opted to try eye excerises to improve my vision. I created a blog where I am posting my progress with the exercises – http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog/. My eyesight is a terrible 20/400. On the blog I explain why I chose to use eye exercises as a way of improving my vision.
yes you should eat carrots. the vitamins in carrots strengthen you vision. dont abuse your vision. dont read in low light. watch tv or play video games with a light on
Ortho-K is defined as a procedure that involves fitting the patient with a series of rigid contact lenses in an attempt to reshape the cornea to improve vision. The last set of lenses become "retainers" that the patient wears for a limited time each day to maintain the new corneal shape. Some eye care providers use special names, such as "precise corneal molding" (PCM) or "controlled kerato-reformation" (CKR), to refer to their method of performing Ortho-K.
