I have 20/20 vision, but what other factors determine the quality of your vision? My night vision is just awful, and colors always seem a little dull. What should I do. Any foods help?
The eyes are part of the body. If you eat foods that are good for your body it should benefit your eyes. The color receptors of the eyes are not active under low illumination.
I recommend Nutrilite Vision Health with Lutein. It’s an antioxidant-rich formula that protects your eyes from free radicals and UV damage. It’s exclusive, btw.
Humans do not have good night vision and our colour receptors do not function in low light.
The single most important thing you can do to keep your eyes healthy is to not smoke. Other things are wearing sunglasses outdoors, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising 30 minutes a day, taking your blood pressure and blood sugar medication as instructed by your doctor and wearing safety glasses at work, for sports and in the home workshop.
A diet that follows the Canada Food Guide or USA food guide which will include 5-10 servings of fruit and veggies a day, fish twice a week and red meat no more than three times a week will help as well.

I don’t believe eating carrots is going to magically improve your vision. I do a thing called living with it, maybe go to a eye doctor and tell them?
