How can I improve my vision?

Rebuild Your Vision Video

I am tired of wearing glasses, I really want to have better vision, how can I fix my vision, without surgery, can someone please give me tips, not just ”eat carrots”, real ones that could work, eye exercises? How or what would a doctor say to fix your vision?
I don’t stare at the screen all day, I may have used too, it is not genetic either, no one in my family wears glasses all the time.

Eat lots of carrots ! (:
Oh and apparently filling your mouth with cold water while splashing water in your eyes helps.

Stop staring at computer screens all day.
Also, it may be genetic, and you might not be able to do anything without surgery.

There is no way to correct your vision without surgery. Everyone’s eyes get worse as they get older. Wearing glasses or contacts, eating carrots, eye exercises, nothing like this is going to make you see better.

eat carrots, dont strain your eyes on tv, computer…etc and dont read in teh dark or anything else which will put strain on your eyes

get enough sleep. it might not improve drastically but you might see a small improvement over time – long time -

but your vision wont ever come back fully to the point where you don’t need ur glasses completely…..its impossible.

My uncle said that each day right when you wake up you have to look at something green like a plant for 5 min and slowly over time your vision would get better. I don’t know if this really works or not but you can try if you like.

Actually, glasses and artificial lenses are not treating eye ailments. By doing certain exercises you can restore your eyesight naturally on a daily basis. Try to improve your vision with no glasses, contacts and surgeries.
