Like footprint said, don't waste your time. I have wasted enough time trying the same thing. I have tried and researched a lot of methods and found them to be based on pseudo science and exaggerated testimonials. I have tried stuff for several years and have only gotten worse vision. Natural vision teachers make it sound like if you don't improve vision it is your fault. This is the self-blame game that always works if you believe them.

Contrary to natural vision improvement teachers, the eye care industry is under no conspiracy. They understand that sometimes vision does improve but that is in rare cases usually with people who do nothing but wear their correction. I have actually talked to one person that had this happen. Also some smaller vision improvements can sometimes occur with no change of the distance of the eyeball. Of course you can never make up for a refraction error.

Email me if you have any other questions. Because I stubbornly refused to listen to others, I went through a lot of heartache and self blame. I don't want anybody to go through the same disappointment I went through.

Below is a like for The Natural Vision Improvement Kit. This contains a book explaining the program as well as several different charts to be used to help exercise your eyes. While I have not used this, I've heard nothing but good reviews about it. Perhaps this may help you.

Don't waste your money on any excercise or diet scams that are supposed to improve your vision.

There is nothing that can be done to change the shape of your eye, except laser surgery.

Unless you go that route, all you can do is wear contacts or glasses like millions of others do.

If there was a simple way that worked...it wouldn't be a secret, and everyone who is stuck with bad vision would do it.

I was searching online for ways to improve my eyesight too, and I stumbled across an article about "palming." Here is the link:

http://www.seeingwithoutglasses.com/freechapters.htm

I'm not sure if it actually works, but I tried it twice, and it did feel like my vision was getting a little clearer. I hope it helps for you if you decide to try it.
