Can getting a black eye improve your vision?

Rebuild Your Vision Video

I am nearsighted, and since I’ve been 7, I’ve been wearing glasses or contacts. My vision got worse throughout my childhood and teens, and then it stabilized and I had the same prescription for the last 5 years.

I thought I was noticing that I could see better, and today I went to my optometrist and my left eye actually improved so much I need a weaker prescription.

The only thing I can imagine was that a few months ago I got into a fight and the other guy gave me quite a black eye that I walked around with for about 10 days. Could getting a black eye have improved my eyesight?

And if so, should I ask him for a rematch?

No re-match. Maybe you have been eating more good food and carrots-pumpkin-winter squash-Green vegetables can help as well and getting your right vitamins. I won’t complain if my eyesight should get a little better-but i better not get a black eye-the other person may as well. I like your question it is refreshing.
